The Jubilee Park is a result of Gothenburg citizens' wishes for green areas and to get closer to the water, ahead of the city's 400th anniversary and the construction of Älvstaden. Since 2014, prototypes such as baths and saunas have been built on the site of the park, together with the citizens of Gothenburg.
