Ruddalen's sports center is beautifully situated right between Grimmered, Högsbohöjd and Västra Frölunda. Here you can work out in the gym both outside and inside and take a sauna. There are nice exercise tracks, a frisbee golf course and football pitches. In winter you can skate on one of our ice rinks and between May and October you can go inline skating.
