Kajskjul 105 is a former banana warehouse serving mainly as a concert arena. The venue offers a unique concert experience with its raw industrial appearance and permanent stage setup. The relatively low ceiling (6.2 m to beam) helps create a tight club feeling.

The pier is 600 metres long and 80 metres wide. Most are tarmac, but there is also a 1000 m2 area with artificial grass. The centre of the pier is easily transformed into a concert arena for 8,000 seated spectators. The area works well for music festivals, sports events, and fairs.
